a. Cover sheet stating that you wish to become a retail customer
b. Copy of your business license
c. Copy of your state resale tax certificate
d. Please include your buyer/contact information
e. A member of our sales staff will review your merchant information and respond back to you.

3. Call us at (888) 315-2334

and a member of our staff will process your information over the phone.

Once approved…

we will send you a merchant password to open our
Dang Linesheets using the contact information you provided in the form.

Please Note: We require a $200 minimum initial order from new dang wholesale customers

Wholesale Returns:

To make an exchange or receive credit on damaged goods, all damages must be reported back to us within 10 days of receiving product. Call us for a Return Authorization and we will be happy to help. Our complete privacy and return policy can be found here.

Shipping:

Your Dang wholesale order will be shipped via FedEx. All orders will be received within 2-3 weeks.
